Delete your Paws in Sight account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or this web page. It happens at once and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email and sign-in.
• Your reports and their photos, and your messages.
• Your pets, their microchip details and your vet or shelter profile.
• Your alerts, notifications and blocked people.

What stays, without your name

• Poison warnings and feeding spots you added to the map, because they help keep animals safe.
• Payment records, which the law says we must keep.
